| Wheeler's School of Karate and Arnis
was founded by Grand Master Alan Wheeler, 10th Dan; one of the most
senior practicing instructors in the region. Classes are available for
adults and kids, ages 4 and older. Instruction stresses the
development of character through self discipline and the martial arts,
and is family oriented.
Classes are available in Isshinryu style Karate, Arnis, and Pressure Point fighting, with special classes, guest instructors and seminars offered throughout the year. We also offer an extensive line of martial arts supplies, uniforms, videos and publications for sale. We keep a large inventory in stock, and special orders can usually be filled within a few business days. Business Hours Monday through Friday, 4 to 9 pm. |

We have classes for students of all ages and experience,
from age 4 on up. Karate is an excellent family sport. We have several
entire families as students; parents and children having a healthy,
beneficial activity they can share. As well as the health benefits from
physical exercise, we emphasize positive values in our classes, as
evidenced by our school creed.
We teach Karate as a means to develop physically, mentally and spiritually; striving to develop not just physical prowess in our students, but also self discipline, mental focus, integrity and respect. We place strong emphasis on character traits that will benefit our students throughout their entire life. Instruction is geared to the needs of each individual student, with classes offered for various age levels and experience. We also have open floor periods where students of all ranks and age can work together.
